Within my practice, I am interested in storytelling and creating an atmosphere. I mostly work physically, and getting my hands dirty really pushes me creatively to find new ways of thinking. This fuels my passion for mixed media animation. I enjoy the collaboration between hand drawn, frame-by-frame animation and film. This fusion allows traditional animation techniques to bounce off live-action principles, creating an electric contrast.

Sustainability has been a key focus in several of my previous projects. The punk style and D.I.Y. ethos is present in many of my designs, as I recycle used media into collage or repurpose materials into printmaking tools. Collage is my favourite method of creating. Bringing together many different sources into a fresh context creates a fun mismatched dynamic, which breathe a new life into my designs.
